Savannah Reich is a playwright and screenwriter based in Chicago. Her work has been fully produced by many small theaters, including Bedlam Theater, Baltimore Annex Theater, San Francisco Theater Pub and Der Vorfuhreffekt, and commissioned or supported by The Jades and Walking Shadow Theater Company. She also self-produces her work with her company, Eternal Cult, and tours it to warehouses, art galleries, bars and basements across the country. Her screenplay “Beebe and Barton” was the winner of the Sloan Student Grand Jury Prize. Her plays have twice been recommended for the Kilroys List. She holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, where she studied with Rob Handel. She is a current Core Apprentice at the Playwrights Center.
